The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you are looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It's got a fantastic mopping capability, but it lacks some of the features of its more expensive counterpart.
During tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It does not use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do, to locate your home.
Roomba s9+ iRobot from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the most highly-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is integrated into the charging base. This robot can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automatic schedules for a truly hands-free experience.
The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the push of one button. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes the removal of large debris such as rice and cereal, or opt for two thorough maps of your home to ensure that your entire home is properly arranged.
This robot vacuum performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpets with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as other models do and can clean up pet hair without difficulty. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets however, iRobot says that future models will be better.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that is focused on improving edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes that this will allow it hug furniture and walls. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are standard however we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims the S9+ has an improved filter system that prevents tiny dust particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the premium price tag.
Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to keep track of the arrangement of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundaries so that the robot can determine which areas need extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vac settings are as efficient as those found on more expensive models and its mopping feature is even better. Its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibration pad.
It's only downside is the lack of a second brush to allow for more thorough cleaning. But that's not a problem when you're looking to purchase one of the top robots available. The robo-vac's tank for dust is also larger than many of its competitors, and it takes just two or three cycles to fill it, even at the highest dirt level.
For the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the more powerful ones, produce very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without distraction. It will gently bump into a wall or furniture and then move away whenever it comes across one.
The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac can be multi-functional and can automatically transfer garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app is capable of alerting you when something needs attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.
You can also create and merge rooms to modify how the Q Revo treats your abode. This is a great feature if you have multiple rooms in your home that have different flooring materials or there's clutter that needs to be cleared out frequently, such as toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my tests cleaning up debris from both carpets as well as hardwood floors in the first pass. It is able to even clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest drying them with a cloth before sending the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a high-end robot vacuum and mop combo and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum that has a powerful suction that cleans carpet and hard floors, as well as the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough stains. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans mop pads to keep them clean and ready for reuse. It also comes with a brand new sensor system that can better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.
The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version has a sleeker, more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang & Olufsen products). The robot is still big. It is more than two feet in the height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However, the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot J7.
This version is more efficient than the X1 as it charges faster and can clean 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that works even when you're not at home. It also has additional mopping modes as well as an intelligent routing feature which allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of just following a set route.
The X2 Omni is the top mopping robot. Its mop pads rotating scrub away tough stains, and its motor produces a lot of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding, and it also increases suction when it detects carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a large, rechargeable battery that can last up to one week. The mopping feature of the robot is also extremely effective.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a top-quality model that comes with a variety of convenience features not often found on robots in this price range. It can build precise floor maps, recognize different flooring types and is among the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. While these features are great, they also put the L10s Ultra in the category of luxury, which might make it slightly more expensive than what some homeowners need.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It is slim and tall with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper that helps protect furniture and the vacuum from damage when moving around the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the screen, you'll find one button that serves as the on/off switch. This button will activate the vacuum. If you click it again, it will shut it off and send it back to its base station. The center of the control panel has the circular menu which allows you to select cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will open up the settings menu of the app where you can modify the way that the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This creates a precise floor plan that enables the robot vacuum and mop efficiently without getting stuck in cluttered areas. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum to avoid obstacles and recognize them, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or children.
The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner, removing 98.4 percent of debris from our test on hardwood floors and removing all but stubborn juice stains. Its mops are efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our tile, wood, and carpet tests. However, it wasn't as effective in removing sand from the floor, or quaker oats on the carpet.
